A 500cc F3 car designed and raced by Alvin "Spike" Rhiando, a Canadian who came to the UK in 1933.

| Fuel Tank | Two 24 litre tanks in sponsons either side of cockpit |
| Gearbox | Norton. Later replaced by an Ariel square four |
| Wheels | Alloy castings with chrome wheel trims |
| Transmission | Chain drive to sprocket on rear axle |
| Brakes | Sing drum on rear axle |
