N.B. - Niccolini's car caught fire during refuelling, burning the drivers'
arm and hand before the flames were put out. Niccolini could not continue, so
his unnamed mechanic leapt into the car and set off at speed, allegedly,
setting a lap time 7m04, some 23 seconds faster than the official fastest lap
of the race so far. He completed two laps before the astonished organizers
could sort things out and pull him over.
